Healthy Protein Waffles

I'm bringing you one of my absolute favorites .

I promise you they don't taste any different to a regular waffle.

Best of all, they are packed full of protein and good carbohydrates.

The eggs and cottage cheese gives you all the protein you need.

Cook time 10 minutes

Total time 20 minutes

What you need : 6 large eggs

                         : 2 cups cottage cheese

                         : 1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

                         : 2 cups old fashioned oats


Cooking Directions : Preheat a waffle iron medium-high heat. Lightly oil the top and bottom of the waffle iron or coat with nonstick coconut spray.


Combine eggs, cottage cheese, oats and vanilla extract blend together until smooth.


Pour a scant 1/2 cup of the egg mixture into the waffle iron, close gently and cook until golden brown and crisp for about 4 minutes.
